Springjoint with Particles! 
(Swipe for two videos!) 

Setup 3.0: 
Drag the prefab into the scene 
Drag and drop it onto the avatars name (outside the armature) 
Make a Rigibody on the fingertip you want it on and drag the fingerbone to the springjoint component on the prefab. 
Position the Springjoint where you want it (and dont forget to adjust the anchors if the springjoint spawns far away from ur avatar. The anchors are the brown cubes.) 
Then make animation toggles like anything else (toggle "DevilheartByKisu")

Mesh and Particles by me. 
Shaders: Poiyomi Toon(not included) and Raivos particle shader(comes in package) 
You need DynamicBones for the tail to move!
